I can honestly say, after many years of experience in digital marketing that Wix and WordPress are the best platforms for blogging. I must tell you. I started a lot of websites in my life. For clients, affiliate marketing websites, niche websites and more. No matter the website’s monetization method, a website must have a cutting edge hosting! What kind of an impact does hosting have on your website performance? It can change everything!
hosting is crucial. If you have a good hosting service – your site will load fast. That will result in better search engine rankings. With that being said, if you’re just getting started. or you still don’t have a website running – I suggest you try this for starters, so you keep your expenses to the minimum – this hosting will establish for you in 5 minutes a functioning WordPress site, an ssl card, and will only cost 3.95$ per month.

This comapny, for example – is a very known one. It has a lot of reviews and rankings. it’s a very good value for money for hosting, but it’s not the best hosting you can get. There are better in the market, but if you’re just getting started – I assure you it’s good enough for you for now, and it will generate for you a functioning WordPress website within minutes.
That they are a good and serious company. How can you tell? ask around, find people who use their services to hear about their services, their customer service, their availability to asking questions, everything you want to know to feel safe putting your precious content with them. I myself host some of my websites on this hosting service.
I tried GODADDY, I tried bluehost, I tried premium hosting plans, VPN, everything. in the end, I do not recommend on getting hosting with these big companies unless! there is a big but here – I only recommend going with them, specially with Bluehost, if you’re just getting started and dont want to risk a lot of your money. GODADDY is great in domain registration, but not with hosting.
Starting a blog? new? keep low on expenses
If you are new to this all internet adventure, you should keep your costs low and do not take a very expensive hosting. My biggest recommendation to you (and I am sure you would thank me later), is to go For 3.95$ per month hosting with bluehost, they will generate a WordPress site for you (included in the price) and all you will have to do is start putting your content inside

When starting a blog, First and foremost you gotta find your “thing”. Your “niche”. You gotta find what’s getting you around, what you like, what ticks you. You must think of a “thing” that you have a lot to say about. It can be wide as “marketing” and it can be very specific like “vegetarian gourme meals”.
The more specific you are, the most focused you are. But with that being said, You need to get traffic, so you need to think about something that people are searching for, and is wide enough so you get enough readers to your blog. No matter which topic you choose for your blog – do not choose something you don’t really care about. Choose only what you love.
Why choose only a topic you really care about? because it’s the only way for people to love your reading. They will feel the enthusiastic approach and content. Trust me on this one. I am into digital marketing for a decade! I chose to blog about it because I have a lot to write about it and I definitely have things to say about it. If you choose a thing you like, you would probably have a low bounce rate on your site, which will also help your blog or website to rank higher and get more organic traffic.

You need to think, a lot before you start your blog, where the money is gonna come from. What will you earn from on your blog? will it be from direct advertising? affiliate? think about all of the options before you start.
